All serving and retired defence personnel, including Army, Navy, and Air Force personnel, are eligible to purchase vehicles through CSD. This also extends to their families with proper authorization. Widows of defence personnel are also eligible under specific conditions.

• Original and photocopy of CSD Smart Card
• Service Identity Card (for serving personnel) or Pension Payment Order (for retirees)
• Proof of residence (Aadhaar Card/Voter ID)
• PAN Card (mandatory for all purchases)
• Passport size photographs

After completing your purchase at the CSD canteen, the vehicle will be delivered through the authorized dealer. Delivery timelines vary by location and vehicle model, typically ranging from 2-8 weeks. You'll receive updates from both CSD and the dealer about your delivery status.

CSD vehicles come with a 2-year lock-in period during which they cannot be sold. After this period, you may sell the vehicle, but you must first obtain an NOC (No Objection Certificate) from your CSD unit. The vehicle must also be registered in your name before resale.

All CSD vehicles come with the manufacturer's standard warranty. Additionally, our platform provides dedicated support to help resolve any issues with your purchase. We can assist with warranty claims, service center locations, and connecting you with authorized service providers.
